TigDepot respects customer privacy by keeping all information private and never selling or sharing any information!
Returns / Exchanges / Shipping Damage
Returns and exchanges on unused items welcome. Original shipping charges are not refundable, and you are responsible for returning goods to us. Restocking fees (10%) are assigned on returns where original manufacturer's packaging is broken or removed.
Hidden damage, discrepancies or shortages must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery. Damage obvious upon receipt must be reported immediately. You can make reports by email for your convenience.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are scheduled at a flat rate to provide you with a rate that won't break the budget. Our flat rate shipping applies to the United States, US territories and Canada. We use UPS Ground and USPS Priority Mail.
International Customers (Excluding Canada)
Tigdepot will ship international orders to a designated exporter in the continental United States. Export arrangements must be made by customer prior to purchasing product from us.
